Refund policy
We want you to love your I.F. Candle Co. purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as received
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, submit a return request through your account or contact us at hello@ifcandleco.com. You must initiate your return within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order.
Once we receive your returned items, we will refund your original payment within 14 days.
