Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Candle Care During Shipping: Our candles are carefully packaged to arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
